  • Dogs and Cats allowed. 2 pet limit. 45 lb weight limit and some breed restrictions apply. $150 Pet Deposit/ $150 non-Refundable Pet Fee. $30 per pet/per month pet rent. Breed restrictions include the following: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, German Shepherds, Dalmatians, or any breeds mixed with the previous listed.

  • Non-Smoking Community. Smoking is prohibited everywhere on the property including apartments and common areas
